Art Healing Single Session Online

This healing session consists of a guided meditation, art making and a guided reflection. Journey into your inner world and receive an image that will help with the theme we chose before hands. Bring the image or object to life with your choice of art medium.
This unique offering now allows you to access healing with art from the comfort of your own home. You will use your own materials which can be: acrylic, watercolour, soft pastel, oil pastel, coloured pencils. The price does not include materials.
After the creation, there is a writing component and then you get to explore the questions with Izabela to help you process and integrate the experience. Upon purchasing, you will be contacted by Izabela via email to set up a date for your session that works for both of us. The session is going to be online, via zoom, so please make sure you have access to the device with internet and working camera, microphone and speakers. We will be seeing and listening to each other throughout the session, that way you can be best guided through your art creation. Bring the image or object to life with your choice of art medium: watercolour, acrylic, oil or soft pastel.
This unique offering allows for the in-person exploration with an experienced guide, who's mission is to connect you to your dormant free flowing creativity. The price includes access to various mediums, paper or canvas and coming into our space.
After the creation, there is a writing component and then exploration of the questions with Izabela to help you process and integrate the experience. Upon purchase, you will be contacted by Izabela via email to set up a date for your session. The session will be at Izabela's house, or can be at your place if you live in KW area (extra $10 transportation fee) so you will be given the exact address at that time We are located in North Waterloo, Ontario. Art Therapy- Art Journal

This container is for those who wish to dive into the art therapy through art journaling. Through various, powerful art therapy prompts and exercises individual is connecting to their inner guidance.
Learn how to use art for somatic release of stagnant energy in your body, connect to hidden currants that are running your story and learn how to dialogue with images that you draw and paint in the forms of symbols. Personal symbols hold significant meaning to each person that is beyond words and has many layers.
We will meet once a week for 2 hr, for a total duration 3 weeks. You will receive an art journal and all the material to use in the session. In person
